Shop Policy

Drop Off & Arrival

To provide every pup with a calm and personalized experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals can disrupt our carefully planned schedule, and we reserve the right to re-book appointments if a client is more than 15 minutes late.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we greatly appreciate a courtesy call, allowing us to accommodate other clients and make the most of our schedule. To help prevent missed appointments, we provide reminder calls the evening before each visit.

Pick-Up

Please pick up your pet promptly at the designated time. Pets not picked up within one hour of the scheduled pick-up will incur a $5.00 daycare fee per hour. If any issue arises, please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We kindly ask that you do not arrive early for pick-up. Once your pet sees you, it may not be possible to safely complete grooming. Please note that full charges still apply for any grooming session that cannot be finished due to early pick-up.
